WHAT IS THE COST OF A CUSTOM CD+G?
The cost is $7.00 per song, with a minimum of 10 songs and a maximum of 15.
This means the minimum cost will be $70.00 to $105.00, depending on the number of songs you choose. (+ Postage)

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CUSTOM CD+G?
You may use a VISA, Mastercard, Bankcard or American Express credit card. If you are uncomfortable using a credit card online, we will be glad to call you back the following business day and take your payment information by phone. We can also accept direct bank deposits.

WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY?
Your song selections will be burned onto a CDR in the CDG format. Prior to ordering, please confirm that your Karaoke machine will play CDRs. Each disc is individually and carefully created to your specifications using high quality equipment and materials. Because each custom disc is unique, we cannot accept a return unless the disc is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please immediately call a Customer Sales Representative at (08) 8266 6189 if your disc does not play or is visibly damaged when you receive it. Claims will be honoured only within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

We normally ship by Australia Post.

Yes. Please call for a quote. We only supply to New Zealand and Australasian Countries

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
$2.00 per disc Australia Post surface mail (2 - 3 days), $4.00 Express Post (overnight to most Australian destinations.)

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO MAKE MY CUSTOM CD+G?
Depending on the shipping method you choose, we make every effort to create and ship your CDG within 5 business days. Our normal shipping is Australia Post surface mail. If you need your disc sooner, please call us and we will discuss the best method and how to get it to you sooner.

WHAT IS PRINTED ON THE DISC?
You can select a title for your disc, and this will be printed on it along with each of the songs you have chosen.

IS A JEWEL CASE INCLUDED?
No. Your disc is shipped in a thick plastic sleeve.

ARE LYRICS INCLUDED?
Because of publishing restrictions we do not include printed lyrics. However, there are excellent sources on the internet where you can find and print the lyrics to most all songs.

WILL A CUSTOM CD+G PLAY ON MY COMPUTER?
The scrolling lyrics will only play on a CD+G Karaoke player. The audio will play on your computer.

CAN I MAKE COPIES OF MY CUSTOM CD+G?
Your custom CDG is a copyrighted product, protected by international copyright law. You are not allowed to make a copy of this disc. You may purchase multiple copies of the same disc on the same order, each for 30% OFF the cost of the first disc.

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM DISC AT THE SAME TIME I ORDER OTHER SOUND CHOICE ITEMS?
No. We use 2 completely separate shopping systems. One is for Sound Choice custom discs and the other is for the regular Sound Choice CDGs, cassettes, DVD and hardware. We are not able to ship orders for these 2 types of products together.
